About two hours later, State Police from the Wilton station charged Michael E. Glazier, 31, of Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI after a traffic stop on Old Gick Road in Wilton, according to the website.
He was charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, because his blood-alcohol content was found to be 0.18 percent or above. The threshold for DWI is 0.08 percent.
Glazier was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a non-criminal violation, according to the website. He was released pending prosecution in Wilton Town Court.
