Not sure if anyone was as surprised as we were to learn that noodle-armed Friday Night Lights’ QB Zack Guilford (aka Matt Saracen) was dating former Seattle Seahawks cheerleader Amber Lancaster. They were even featured in the most recent ESPN the Magazine with Landry (who tonight’s storyline revolves around).

So we thought we’d take a comprehensive look at slightly more prominent athletes who have gotten together with cheerleaders:

One of the best young players in the NBA, Dwight Howard, quietly knocked up NBA cheerleader Lyndsay Reed.

Former Arizona QB Jake Plummer – who unbelievably left his fiancee at the altar in Hawaii – married former Broncos cheerleader Kollette Klassen in 2007.
