Yet Another Sports Columnist to the Web
1-liner, Media Gossip/Musings April 30th. 2009, 3:15pmMedia Musings: What, exactly is the goal of Fanhouse? To snap up every columnist from all the sinking newspaper ships? David Whitley, who has long been a good read in the Orlando Sentinel, penned his final column today for the paper and begins at Fanhouse in the near future. Is Fanhouse, nee AOL Sports, going to have its columnists write and report about their respective region? Mariotti on Chicago, Olson on New York, Blackistone on DC, Whitney on Florida? If that’s the case, whatever they’re building might have some legs; less so if they’re all going to be navel-gazing columns. (Orlando Sentinel)

Last night, the goal seemed to be to have me click on a link blindly, read an incredibly stupid article, look up to see what amateur jerk had written it and realize it was Mariotti.
