It Seems Like Brett Favre Will Partake in Vikings Training Camp
1-liner, NFL June 8th. 2009, 10:30am
Brett Favre: The petulant one had surgery on his damaged throwing shoulder late last month. The only logical conclusion one could draw is that the Vikings told Favre that if he were to return, he’d have to attend training camp in late July; hence, the surgery, which takes 6-12 weeks to recover from. The only question now becomes the No. 2 QB: T Jack or Sage? Bummer for John David Booty. (ESPN)

If I were a Vikings fan, I’d much rather see John David Booty on the field than Favre. At least you can watch him grow and develop. Even if he struggles, I honestly don’t think he’d be much worse than Favre. Plus, with anybody but Favre, it’ll force them to hand the ball to Peterson more, and that can’t be a bad thing.

Yeah right, like any US sports fans are going to be patient enough to wait a few seasons with great pain for their team for that to happen! Just ask fans of the Oakland Raiders …not going to happen!

The only logical conclusion one could draw
