“He Was Probably Text Messaging”
1-liner, College Football, Courts, Legal June 30th. 2009, 12:00pmTexas LB Gets in Car Wreck: The question marks surrounding Sergio Kindle’s car accident are many. Let’s start with the obvious – police weren’t called to the scene … why, exactly? If the first-team All-Big 12 LB hurt his head upon impact, why didn’t he immediately go to the hospital instead of going home to sleep it off? We never hope to be in another car accident (in 16 years of driving, we’d have two cars totalled, both times absorbing hits on the driver’s side), but we hope the excuse of ‘probably text-messaging’ is sufficient. As for the girl who “would have been dead if she had been sitting at her desk” – who goes out at 2 am and leaves their iphone at home? Puzzling. (Statesman)

There seems to be an outbreak of people driving through people’s houses. One of my wife’s colleagues got a car driven squarely into their living room on a Friday night. Through a brick wall, all the way into the television. Luckily, they were in the kitchen.

You will by October. Dude is a beast. I bet he was shitfaced or blunted out and that’s why he fled. The texting excuse seems weak to me.

He’ll be a first team AA this year. Had dbl digit sacks a a split LB/DE in a 4-3. According to Lance Zeirlen, blogger for the Houston Chronicle whose father is a Steelers coach, Kindle was raved about by a well regarded scout

Our power flickered on and off twice last week because of two trucks that hit eachother and ended up in a living room right up the street from where I work
