I have been wondering how the KC Star, which has been laying off people for two years, could keep both JoePo and Whitlock. I blame this on the Royals sucking every year. He is a baseball guy living in a minor league town. I don’t understand the move to SI for his only gig. I can read every article/column in that mag while my oil is getting changed. Maybe SI is thinking about putting a serious effort into their online offering.
