“I think the Vikings expose the weak passing D of the 49ers this week.”

Last time Minnesota played SF, Peterson got shut down (something like 5 yards on 14 carries). So I’m thinking the 49ers defense will expose Brett Favre and the Vikings passing game this week.

Couple things on the Ravens D
1. Suggs looks out of shape after missing camp. Along with Pryce looking old our pass rush hung the secondary out to dry
2. SD’s tall recievers were a terrible matchup for Foxworth and Washington. Outjumped them all day
3. Gooden has not adequately replaced Scott
neither has Landry done the job in place of Leonhard. Tons of miscommunications.
4. When Rolle gets back and Suggs gets in shape the D will be fine. Still dominant against the run and should be at least avg against the pass. As long as Flacco is healthy this team has a shot at 11-5 and a deep playoff run. Still too early to have us ranked #1

But lost amid the Drew Brees TD show is that the Saints’ secondary allowed a backup QB to pass for 378 yards. Nitpicking? Sure.

I know it’s been mentioned already, but here’s some NUMBERS on Kevin Kolb:

He throws for 191 yards AFTER the Saints go up 34-13 with 4:10 left in the third quarter and the Saints go into a “let’s not surrender a big play” defense.

why should he?

he’s in the HOF and he’ll be remembered as being the greatest player ever in the HOF, and the only way a speech (should have hired a speechwriter like everyone else…) could overshadow that is if he went up there, told dirty jokes, chugged a bottle of Grey Goose, and told everyone his first “retirement” was a super secret suspension for gambling and point shaving.

I’d put the Jets and Falcons ahead of the Vikings and Steelers. And I’d put the Jaguars and Rams lower.

Please to ignore the massive yardage total Kolb ended up with; most of that was garbage time fodder.

what i said was fact. unless you were spying on me not sure how you can argue.

so did you avoid football last year? because i can point out 5 of those games that were nationally televised. sorry if i find what you said to be skeptical.

After seeing the Browns once in person and once on TV, I think TBL has them ranked way too high. Hell, maybe even scUM should be ahead of them.
