St. Louis Rams: With 10 straight losses to end last season, and three straight to open this season, the Rams are the new Lions. This 13-game drought is a franchise record. Compounding matters, their QB, Marc Bulger, has some type of rotator cuff injury, and could be lost for the season. This would leave the Rams with Kyle Boller and someone named Keith Null at QB. The latter was a college QB at West Texas A&M University. When will the Rams win again? If Frank Gore isn’t healthy by the weekend, the Rams could push the 49ers Sunday. Who knows how San Fran will respond after the loss in Minnesota? The Rams also play the Jaguars, Lions, and Texans, none of whom will make the playoffs. If Bulger is done for the season, two wins would be impressive. Start scouting the QBs for next April’s draft. It’ll be Bradford, Clausen or maybe Locker with the Top 5 pick. [P-D]
