Bashing A-Rod’s Chick Banned at Yankee Stadium: “The Yankees’ wives and girlfriends have been banned from trashing Kate Hudson after Page Six revealed there was coldness between her and Derek Jeter’s squeeze, Minka Kelly. We told how low-key Kelly disapproved of Hudson’s antics including cheering wildly from the front row and smooching A-Rod all over town. A source said, ‘The Yankees told the girls to be careful who they spoke to about Kate. They are concerned about the ramifications for the players.’” They’ve been banned from talking behind someone’s back? Is that something you can actually ban? Was there an official meeting for this? And was the meeting run by Hank Steinbrenner’s wife? Or Hank’s sister? And where the hell was I? [NY Post]

Hernia wrote this? I would’ve bet every dollar I own that it was TBL.

I guarantee you’ll never see Kate Winslet and Anne Hathaway arguing at their boyfriends’ place of business.

Just cause I know this will shatter TBL’s day: Arod has a higher career postseason OPS than Jeter.

Fetch, this will help the Jeter love though – all 18 of his postseason HRs have tied the game or taken the lead.
(I could be lying, I swear Joel Sherman or someone wrote that today)

fetch – Jeter has played in 125 post season games and A-Rod has played in 41. Doesn’t that kind of explain the .024 differential?

maybe CRM. I think the fact that A-Rod is a better hitter has more to do with it though.

I agree, but I figured I’d nitpick a stat right back at you.

Well, Minka Kelly is far hotter. She wins.

Just so we don’t make A-Rod sound good or anything:
Derek Jeter Career OPS .847 Postseason .858
Alex Rodriguez Career OPS .965 Postseason .882
So Jeter is better in the postseason and A-Rod is significantly worse. You can just state that A-Rod is better than Jeter in the postseason but the whole A-Rod thing is he goes from Great player to above average in the postseason and in turn hurts his team.
/I hate both of these cum dumpsters
