Typically the second string QB takes what 85, 90, 100% of the snaps in practice during the week, right?

I know, and they’re not good enough to play for a defense allowing qbs to complete 74% of their passes. If he can’t impress anybody against them, how is he going to do against another team’s starters?

Let’s blame all of this on Collins and ignore the fact that the Titans give up 33 points a game, worst in The National Football League.

I don’t know who the their 3rd string QB is, but they might as well give him a shot while they’re at it.

For some fun, take a look at the stats against the pass. Tennessee’s pass defense is on par with Detroit in making quarterbacks look like the second coming.

73.9pct. 310ypg, 19td, 4int, 117.5 rating

Now if Young looks like shit against THAT defense in practice, imagine what he will do against anybody else.

Well it’s not as though Collins was taking pro-active steps to prevent this. Might as well roll the dice and see if Young can find his form. The season is lost anyway.
