Racial Discrimination: Clippers owner Donald Sterling will pay a record $2.275 million to settle multiple discrimination lawsuits.  Sterling allegedly discriminated against blacks, hispanics in his Los Angeles apartment buildings.  He will pay $2.265 million to the victims and a $100,000 fine to the government for violating the Fair Housing Act.  Such a revelation would preclude Sterling buying into the NBA, but what can they do with him already entrenched?
