When my wife saw it, she was naming off all of the high risk groups he’s in for later in life (Parkinsons, etc). That was ugly.

I was watching the Ali/Holmes 30 for 30 with my lady friend and we were talking and she essentially called me retarded for thinking that Ali’s Parkinson’s was in any way related to boxing (“So who was punching Micheal J. Fox?”). So we did some angry mutual googling (that’s right) and they’ve only recently managed to find a link to head trauma, and even that is more tenuous then I would have thought (I feel like it’s been common knowledge that boxing did that to Ali, no?) You’re actually at much greater risk for Parkinson’s if you use anything manufactured by Monsanto than you are getting punched in the head, or at least medical science hasn’t established those links nearly as well yet. I was pissed.

Holmgren to Browns? In a Parcells type role? I thought it was decided in Seattle that he wasn't good at ths stuff? Or is it just that he had "too much responsibility" with the many different hats he was wearing there?

The worst part is, this dude is in the endzone if he stays low anyway. The jump was completely unnecessary. His brain got 10 feet in the air though.

ESPN did a pretty comprehensive run down last year of the top programs based on prestige. Check out the metric, it’s a pretty good one. They listed USC 2nd and Ohio State third.

I’d be interested to hear your basis TBL for putting Ohio State and USC in “the next batch.”
