I think TBL has decided to completely ignore the fact that the Hornets fired Byron Scott 9 games into the season.
That means he’s also ignoring the fact that it’s nothing but a money based move. If they’d fired him after a 58 point home playoff loss, they would have had to pay him still, but also hired a good new coach for Chris Paul’s team in the offseason, and secured his services for years.
This way, the GM can “coach,” they can hire Tim Floyd for probably almost nothing, and not have to pay a 2nd coach.
That franchise is in deep doo doo.

Absolutely. Great hire by UM. Hated the move, only because that’s a style that is rarely replaicated around the country and having to play it 2-3 times a year is like going for a root canal.
Guys like Beilein, Crean, and Tubby along with many of the incumbents are the reason that Big 10 basketball is awfully deep right now.
