Michael David Barrett, the Creepy Erin Andrews Stalker, Was a Persistent Little Bugger
Courts, Legal, ESPN, Erin Andrews November 19th. 2009, 10:00am
“Michael David Barrett, 48, called seven different hotels in Columbus, Ohio, in January 2008 to find the broadcast beauty and set up shop in an adjacent room, new court documents reveal … In Nashville, the door peephole into Andrews’ room was altered with a hacksaw, and the peephole to her room in Milwaukee was altered in a similar way, the criminal complaint said. Authorities believe the videos were taken with a cell phone camera.” If you think Andrews hasn’t been as prominent on TV this season, this case probably has something to do with it … as does the fact that this season’s been terrible. She’ll be at the Kansas State-Nebraska game Saturday night. [NYDN, CNN]

Corrected. She looks much more professional this year.

If you are going to go this far….
why not use a better camera?

A Nebraska-K State reference? Hell yeah.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:08 AM
Damn. That was the exact thought going through my head.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:08 AM
will someone please refill cracker’s haterade?!?!
November 19th, 2009 at 10:10 AM
Ivan Maisel, chairman of the Everything Sucks Committee.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:10 AM
No hate. I love her, shes from my home state. Glad to see her whore it down though.

russell is officially the biggest bust in nfl history. benched for bruce gradkowski? if you remember bruce went 5-16 for 18 yards in a game last year.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:15 AM
You’d have to stock up 2 COSTCO’s worth of haterade.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:16 AM
As long as he’s still in the league, I don’t know if he can be called the biggest bust.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:16 AM
Duder: Cable also said he’s going with Gradkowski for the rest of the year ha.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:18 AM
costco wont sell coca cola anymore for some reason
November 19th, 2009 at 10:19 AM
ya i doubt he gives a shit ($50 mill?)and most people predicted this when he was drafted. but gradkowski? yikes.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:21 AM
i remember someone on one of the major networks saying gradkowski was going to be a good qb when he first started playing for the bucs
November 19th, 2009 at 10:22 AM
Jaworski was all over his jock calling him “the new Polish Rifle”.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:23 AM
That’s because it was right around the time that Roethlisberger and Romo started garnering attention, and people thought that any QB from a mid-major school would do well.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:23 AM
I do think this season has been a little blah. No dominant teams, Heisman race is a joke and the BCS bowls are going to be weak. Fucking Iowa is going to be in one. That shit pisses me off. Hell, if Iowa somehow loses on Sat, Penn State (the teams’ best win was over Temple) will go to one. SEC refs have fucked over 3 games, the Big 12, Big 10, ACC and Big East sucks and the SEC is worst its been in 5 years. Sure, some fan bases are thrilled (GT, TCU, Stanford, Oregon) but Nebraska is about to be 9-3 and I could care less. They haven’t beaten a team worth a shit all year.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:24 AM
that was also at a time when people believed jon gruden was the second coming of bill walsh in developing quarterbacks.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:27 AM
But Jon Gruden thinks Gradkowski majored in grit and toughness!
November 19th, 2009 at 10:27 AM
dude…people thought CHARLIE FRYE was going to be a good QB.
charlie.
frye.
i hate the browns.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:28 AM
is that why gruden cut him?
November 19th, 2009 at 10:29 AM
Spence, I’ve seen the photos of you sporting a Frye jersey and a tilted Titleist visor.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:30 AM
I’d hardly call Eastern Illinois a mid-major school, although it is an NFL QB guru pipeline. Bob Spoooooooooooooooooooooo!
November 19th, 2009 at 10:32 AM
Because Coke won’t cut their prices for costco…and as much as people love costco, this is not a battle Costco is going to win. Coke doesn’t need costco’s sales nearly as much as Costco needs to have the marketleader’s products in their warehouse.
I expect it’ll last until the first week of December, then the two companies will “reach an agreement” where Costco agrees to pay the price.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:34 AM
photoshopped.
/id never wear a visor
November 19th, 2009 at 10:34 AM

And that’s why Walmart has low low prices to pass on to us the consumer.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:35 AM

Tallguy, tell me how long it’s going to take for one side to cave in the NFL versus Charter cable. Despite the other agreement, they’re both still dug in.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:36 AM
TCU and Texas are both top ten in scoring defense and offense. There are dominant teams – they just aren’t in the SEC or Big Ten, so the nation isn’t riding them.
/keep hatin’
November 19th, 2009 at 10:37 AM
its always amusing, or depressing, going to browns games and seeing all the quinn, couch, winslow, holcomb, c brown jerseys.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:39 AM
someone still has the balls to wear a tim couch jersey in cleveland?
wow. that’s almost as bad as i saw some dude not long ago in a sports bar wearing a bobby hoying eagles jersey.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:40 AM
I still see Spielman jerseys
November 19th, 2009 at 10:40 AM
Why would someone in Cleveland buy a non throwback jersey in the first place?
November 19th, 2009 at 10:41 AM
I see guys wearing them here in KY all the time.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:41 AM
might as well put your own name on those shitty jerseys
November 19th, 2009 at 10:43 AM
Honestly couldn’t tell you…neither side is really dependent on the other, and apparently neither side cares about working together to make money. There’s too much ego involved, and no real leverage for either side.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:44 AM
I suspect it’s because Charter is the most poorly run business in the country.
/I include the Raiders
November 19th, 2009 at 10:45 AM
Ever hear of Sat Star Cable? No? Exactly.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:46 AM
Holy crap, ESPNDuke has failed me…the Duke game saturday isn’t being televised.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:46 AM
When I was at a Browns game a few years ago, somebody had taped over the C on his Couch jersey. Outside of the tailgating, that was the highlight of the day. Cleveland is just sad.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:48 AM
I’ll give you TCU, but get the fuck outta here with that Texas nonesense. The best team they’ve played all year in OU (yes, they are better than Ok St) and they barely won and looked like shit in doing so. Texas may win the title, but it won’t be due to dominance. It will be due to the fact they have yet to play any team with a pulse.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:49 AM
Costco only has about 8 or 9 pallets of Coke products on display at a time, and even then the discount isn’t too steep. I don’t think they are too worried about losing those products.
/I’ll miss the Mex1can Coke by the case, tho
November 19th, 2009 at 10:49 AM
Yeah, it’s great. Now she looks like Helen Hunt’s other mediocre sister.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:50 AM
I’ll miss the Mex1can Coke by the case, tho
OK, i already crossed this out and made a lame drug joke, so nobody else needs to. Deal?
November 19th, 2009 at 10:54 AM
And this is why all the Erin Andrews love has never made any fucking sense. She is as attractive as a circa 1997 Helen Hunt.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:55 AM
Good boobs, pretty good bodu, kinda eh face with real squinty eyes.
November 19th, 2009 at 10:56 AM
EA is hot as fuck.
November 19th, 2009 at 11:00 AM
If Helen Hunt had showed off her business as much as EA, she could have been quite a bit more popular. Especially is she made it a point to revel in the sexual attentions of college boys, while wearing the tightest tights she could get into, and cocking her hip all the time while looking pensive.
November 19th, 2009 at 11:01 AM
When Texas beats the Huskers 55-6 in the Big XII championship game, you can tell me about their dominance.
November 19th, 2009 at 11:02 AM
Taguchi, as always, gets it.
November 19th, 2009 at 11:04 AM
My problem with Andrews is everytime I see her, I think, “wow, Bobby Frasier hit that.”
November 19th, 2009 at 11:06 AM
Nebraska lost to Iowa fucking State at home. That win would not impress me. Of course Texas will beat a very average Nebraska team…they’re dominant, right?
November 19th, 2009 at 11:16 AM
So them scoring 40 or 50+ on the blackshirts that you’ve been talking up all year would not be impressive? Interesting. SEC homerrific, but interesting.
November 19th, 2009 at 11:22 AM
If Texas scores 50 on Nebraska that would be impressive, but only if 35 doesn’t come from pick 6’s and starting drives at the NEB 20 (which will most likely happen). See the OU game for what happens when Texas plays a decent team. McCoy looked rattled as hell in that game.

November 19th, 2009 at 11:38 AM
How does an argument over Neb-Tex have anything to do with the SEC, by the way?
November 19th, 2009 at 11:45 AM
russell is officially the biggest bust in nfl history.
Perhaps in terms of contract, but Todd Blackledge, Tony Marinovich, and Ryan Leaf are all equally as big in terms of percieved talent absolutely falling flat in the NFL.
November 19th, 2009 at 11:46 AM
Because if Florida or Alabama was in the top ten of both scoring defense and offense, you would slob on their knob, like corn on the cob.
November 19th, 2009 at 11:49 AM
leaf by far.
blackledge, by all accounts, busted his ass and tried his best to endear himself to teammates and improve.
marinovich was just nuts and very likely a roidboy.
leaf had just about every negative trait a player could possess all rolled up into one.
November 19th, 2009 at 11:50 AM
Well, yes, because doing so in the SEC is better than doing so against the god-awful Big 12. This is not debateable. This year the Big 12 is abysmal.
November 19th, 2009 at 11:53 AM
i wouldn’t say he was the biggest bust (see above) but i vividly remember chris landry of fox sports radio, who lives in baton rouge and had connections to the coaching staff (jimbo fisher?) having once coached there claimed that russell had a terrible work ethic and largely got by on his superior physical talent.
landry was pretty much ripped apart for his stance on russell.
what’s one of the biggest knocks on russell in the nfl? he’s prone not to give a shit.
of course, didn’t he miss a good chunk of his rookie season holding out? you do the math.
November 19th, 2009 at 12:13 PM
Don’t forget the popped collar.
