The Tiger Woods thing is the biggest story to happen to golf ever, perhaps the only golf story that has compelled a mainstream audience.  Yet, major networks have uniformly ignored it during golf coverage.  “As the scandal over Tiger Woods’ alleged multiple affairs keeps expanding, NBC’s experience that afternoon underscores the tricky lie in which the networks that broadcast golf now find themselves.
