Stephen Strasburg: The Washington Nationals newly-drafted star pitcher got married recently. His wife is Rachelle Lackey, seen at the right. (If you click on the photo, perhaps you’ll agree: Lackey kinda sorta looks like Rachael Leigh Cook.) Strasburg is only 21, and last year he signed a 4-year, $15 million deal. Baseball players are on the road more than any other pro athlete; the travel is so exhaustive that not even Doug Christie’s wife could handle the road trips. Will Strasburg be able to avoid the randy road beef? We hope Strasburg’s wife receives a warm welcome into the Nationals’ mediocre “wives club.” [Wash Post]

I’m 21 and at least 10 people in my graduating have been married. 3 are already divorced. None were married to pro athletes with millions dollars who travel every day. I say he cheats within the first week

I haven’t gone there yet, I’ve never been cheated on. Or to be accurate I’ve never found out about it. But I would only flip out if I saw it happen and if we were married. If it’s just a gf, it’s whatever but I’m a put that in the pre nup: if you cheat and I catch you in the act, I’m liable to beat somebody’s ass, either her, the lover, or maybe I get my ass beat but someone must feel pain.
