Larissa Riquelme: Paraguay’s No. 1 soccer fan, was understandably distraught after her country’s loss to Spain Saturday in the World Cup quarterfinals. This seemed to squash the idea of Riquelme running through the streets of Paraguay naked if it had won the Cup.
