Ryan Howard’s Injury Comes With Free Wedgie
Baseball August 1st. 2010, 4:05pm
Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard left today’s game against the Nationals with a sprained left ankle. Rather unfortunate news for a team climbing its way back towards first place in the NL East, but the injury didn’t really get interesting until he was helped off the field via atomic wedgie. He seems pretty content about it. To each his own. But the real bonus of this story? MLB’s official tweet about the injury:
Is this a real tweet? And if so, is an Ultimate Wedgie as unpredictable as the Ultimate Warrior?
