Twins Get Fuentes from Angels: The 2010 AL Central division champion Minnesota Twins have acquired mediocre closer Brian Fuentes of Los Angeles Angels and Colorado Rockies fame. He has 23 saves on the season and hasn’t blown one since early July. The White Sox are ready to counter this move any minute by landing Manny Ramirez, who is simply destined to be managed by Ozzie Guillen. [Yahoo Sports; Photo via Getty]
