Forget About the Michael Jordan of Turkey (Hedo Turkoglu) – the White Shadow Has Had the Most Impact on Hoops in Turkey
1-liner, International Basketball, NCAA Tournament September 10th. 2010, 2:15pmThe White Shadow: The TV show was slightly before our time, but apparently it is responsible for the rise of basketball in Turkey. In the basketball World Championships tomorrow, Turkey plays Serbia in one semifinal while the USA plays Lithuania in the other. We expect the USA to win each game by 20, but Turkey is playing at home, so perhaps it keeps the game close into the 4th quarter. In NBA-ish news, the Washington Wizards are holding midnight madness this year. Any guesses on who tears up a knee dunking in warmups? [NYT]

I always think this is the White Shadow. I have no recollection of the White Shadow.

Just want to get your opinion on this fellas.
In my 2 other fantasy leagues, we switched this year from ESPN to CBS. I’m not sure how i feel about the CBS sight yet. ESPN was so user friendly and the lay out was money. Anybody else dealing with this bullshit, i really hope i’m gonna get to like CBS, the commish says it’s the shit, but it’s already pissing me off.

Not a fan of either…I prefer Yahoo for fantasy.

I think the game against Lithuania will be a lot closer. If I’m not mistaken, they are undefeated in the tournament.
This was one of those shows that Simmons always mentioned, and I would think “whatever, old man”

I wouldn’t have minded switching over to Yahoo because i use Yahoo for baseball. These are 2 big money leagues and the asshole switched over to CBS really without getting anyone elses in the leagues approval. Dick.
