LeBron James Sticks Up For Peyton Manning, Slams Trent Dilfer

Watching SC and Trent Dilfer is talking bad on how Peyton Manning is playing as of late! In his wildest dream could never ever do the things …. Peyton does on the field. Good or bad! People get on TV and think they can say whatever they want! And it’s always former players! Crazy!!

Let’s start by saying, LeBron is completely correct that Trent Dilfer is nowhere near the player that Peyton Manning is. Dilfer’s ring is a coincidence. He just happened to find himself on the roster of the Baltimore Ravens the same season they put together one of the all-time best defenses in NFL history. He was so integral that he was cut in the offseason. I’m not 100% sure, but that’s kind of rare, right?

The fact that LeBron is now defending other athletes against the taunts of talking heads has to say something about how sick he is of the way the media has been second guessing James this season. He must be getting sensitive in his old age. Or he’s just angling to get in a commercial with Justin Timberlake.
