Jerome Simpson of the Cincinnati Bengals Had Pot Delivered to His House
By Jason McIntyre
When police showed up, they asked to search Simpson’s house – his teammate, reserve offensive lineman Anthony Collins was present, as well as a woman, Aleen Smith – and inside they found six pounds of marijuana. It really is too bad Simpson didn’t have a good friend like Dylan McKay to help him flush the evidence before the cops showed up.
The Bengals haven’t said anything about Simpson’s predicament – he wasn’t arrested – but he leads the team in receiving yards and he’s tied for second in receptions. But one would imagine Fidel Goodell isn’t thrilled with other stuff the cops found in the search: “packaging materials, scales and smoking devices.”
