Jordin Tootoo Runs Ryan Miller Who Was Excellent In Goal In His Return To The Ice

All Hell broke loose in last night’s Predators – Sabres game when Nashville’s Jordin Tootoo had a major collision with Buffalo goalie Ryan Miller. It was Miller’s first game back after missing action for nearly a month due to a concussion.

Tootoo maintains his innocence.Via USA Today:

“I was driving the net and I got a little shove from behind. That’s the last thing I want to do, is run the goalie over and put my team down,” Tootoo said. “It is what it is. But I’m skating hard, I drop my shoulder in towards the net, and clearly I tried to jump out of the way. There was no intent to charge at him. That’s all I can say.”

Miller stopped 32 of 34 shots last night. Including this one.
