Minnesota Timberwolves Sing ‘N Sync (Poorly)
Music, NBA, Video February 24th. 2012, 7:00pm
Here are the Minnesota Timberwolves singing ‘N Sync’s 1997 hit, “Tearin’ Up My Heart.” To Michael Beasley’s credit, I only know the chorus too. You have to appreciate the enthusiasm of Wesley Johnson and Martell Webster. Nikola Pekovic should definitely be the Wolves closer after this video. Most of these guys are barely old enough to remember where Justin Timberlake came from. Wait. Timberlake… Timberwolves… There’s something there.

Rubio sounds like Tony Montana. And Kevin Love knows all the lyrics, who’s he kidding?
BTW, most of these guys are around my age (23)..this song is pretty much stapled as one of those “childhood songs” you instantly remember, so I’m not surprised Beasley knows the entire chorus.
