Former Auburn Star Michael Dyer Testifies His Gun Was Used By Teammates in Alleged Robbery
By Ty Duffy
From The Huntsville Times:
"Dyer testified that the group spoke of “hitting a lick,” slang for committing a robbery. He said Mosley initially approached him for his gun, but Dyer did not give it to him. “Dakota asked me if I wanted to hit a lick,” Dyer said. “I said no.” Dyer said he left and walked to his home in the same Eagles Landing complex, and Goodwin later joined him and retrieved the gun. “I tried to advise him (Goodwin) that he shouldn’t go,” Dyer said. “He wasn’t like that.”"
Dyer’s testimony was described as “contentions” and some of his witness stand behvior was bizarre.
"During breaks, Dyer had leaned back, laughed and sighed loudly on the stand. As he walked out of the courtroom, he clicked his fingers and swung his arms by his side."
