Ryan Lochte and Prince Harry obviously didn’t get a chance to hang out in London during the Olympics. With both their responsibilities finished for the summer, Team USA’s main meathead and the English monarchy’s main meathead met up in a Vegas pool at 3 a.m. for an impromptu race.
