Jovan Belcher: Kansas City Police Release Dash Cam Footage of Police Finding Belcher Asleep in His Bentley

Police found Jovan Belcher asleep in his car outside a woman’s apartment early last Saturday morning. Belcher’s Bentley was on and he was passed out in the driver’s seat. Belcher was cooperative and the police ended up sending him up to a friend’s apartment.
