LeBron James Sets NBA Record on His Way to Claiming Another MVP
By Michael Shamburger
LeBron James is having one of the best seasons in NBA history. Tuesday, LeBron became the first player in NBA history to shoot 60% from the field and score 30 or more points in six straight games. James is 66-of-92 from the floor and 43-of-54 from line in that span.
That puts LeBron in a class by himself. No one – not Kobe, Magic, Kareem, Wilt, or Jordan – has achieved what James has this season.
Still, instead of hearing about James’ achievements over the last six games and this season, we are subjected to the same old argument that he will never be Jordan.
It’s old, it’s tired, and it’s time to move on.
