Aaron Hernandez: Grainy Photos from His Home Surveillance System Appear to Show Him Holding Gun
By Jason Lisk
Ted Daniel of FOX 25 has new photos that were part of a court file just released today. The new court documents have much of the same information that came out in the release of the subpoenas. They do mention that Carlos Hernandez is described as a witness to events, and that Odin Lloyd was shot through the heart, and was shot twice while on the ground. The shell casings found at the scene allegedly matched those found at the rental car agency. It also includes the grainy photos here, which appear to show Hernandez from the security cameras in his own home, holding an object in his left hand. [above photo insert blown up by Michael Shamburger]. How good are the images that law enforcement will be able to produce for trial? I have a feeling this will be a key piece of evidence–and one the defense will be working hard to challenge–especially with the murder weapon missing.
