Florida is Removing the Aaron Hernandez All-American Brick From Campus Right Now [UPDATE]
By Jason McIntyre
Florida is doing its best to distance itself from alleged murderer Aaron Hernandez. Once an All-American tight end with the Gators in 2009, Hernandez is now in a Massachusetts jail cell, waiting to go on trial for murder. This photo was taken this morning on campus – outside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium – and soon, this brick will be gone.
[UPDATE]: And the picture on the right shows the brick now that it has been removed. It’s like he was never there! Great job, Florida!
