Missouri RB Derrick Washington Accused of Sexual Assault

"“I was sexually assaulted by him, and I am pressing criminal charges,” the alleged victim wrote in the order. “I fear physical retaliation.” On June 19 at 2:30 a.m., Washington entered the victim’s room at Campus View Apartments “unwilling and unprovoked,” the order states. The victim awoke to him “digitally penetrating her.”"
Washington sent a tweet at 12:13 AM the night of the alleged incident. The next tweet came after 2:00 PM the next afternoon. He saw Toy Story later that day.
He was Missouri’s leading rusher last season, fourth-team all Big 12. Coaches confirmed he was “indefinitely suspended for disciplinary reasons.”
