Glen “Big Baby” Davis is of the opinion that the Celtics do not need Shaq against the Knicks, and to a certain degree he probably has a point. However, as well all know, submitting bulletin board material to the other team is a colossal no-no come playoff time. Amar’e Stoudemire responded to the comments by informing Davis that they are players on “two different platforms.” Glad we cleared that up.

While those two drew swords, Carmelo Anthony sat down for a Q&A with the New York Post. Not sure I ever knew of this conversation between him and Jim Boeheim:

“After we won the championship, he called me in his office after we had the parade and all that stuff. He was like, ‘Uh, whatchu thinking?’ I was like, ‘Whatchu mean? About the NBA?’ He was like, ‘Yeah.’ I was like, ‘I haven’t thought about it, that’s not even on my mind right now.’ So he was like, ‘Could I give you some advice?’ I was like, ‘What?’ (Laughs). He was like, ‘Pack this (bleep) and get out.'”

If Boeheim is always this straight to the point with his players, I can see why they enjoy playing for him. Also, ‘Melo’s favorite movie is Harlem Knights. Safe to say it has everything to do with this scene:
