"Officers noticed a strong marijuana smell when they stopped Calloway, 18, in the 900 block of Bryant Drive at 12:45 a.m., said Tuscaloosa Police spokesman Sgt. Brent Blankley. The officers found a small bag containing marijuana “on his person,” Blankley said."
