Plumlee followed that outburst with his ACC-leading ninth double-double, dominating St. John’s with 15 points and 17 rebounds.

For the week, Plumlee was on fire, hitting 66.7 percent from the field and 71.4 percent from behind the charity stripe.

Guard Tony Wroten, Washington
After all looked lost, Tony Wroten led his Huskies to a back-from-the-brink win over Arizona that quieted a deafeningly loud crowd in Tucson, Ariz.

Wroten put his team on his back, scoring 12 of his 17 points in the second half. And when Washington needed him most, he swooped in at the last second to swat a layup at the buzzer to preserve a 69-67 victory. Wroten added five rebounds and four assists to his team-leading point total.

Forward Perry Jones III, Baylor
Perry Jones III helped the Baylor Bears shut down a second-half rally by the Texas Longhorns to defeat their in-state rivals 76-71.

Jones dominated against Texas, posting 22 points and a career-high 14 rebounds, as the Bears moved to 19-2. Jones’ performance followed an equally superb game against Oklahoma in which he poured in 21 points and 12 rebounds on the road in Norman, Okla. In that two-game stretch, Jones hit a blistering 59 percent from the field and 73 percent from the free-throw line.
