Maryland's Mark Turgeon Was Not Happy with John Henson's Dunk at the End of the Game
By Jason McIntyre
UNC rallied in the second half to beat Maryland Saturday, 83-74, a victory that sends the Tar Heels into their showdown with rival Duke Wednesday on a 5-game winning streak (and 14 of 15, though none of the victories have been impressive). UNC ended the game with a thunderous – and some might say unnecessary – John Henson dunk. New Maryland coach Mark Turgeon wasn’t thrilled with the dunk:
"“I didn’t like the dunk. Coach (Williams) knows that.”"
To which I say: Hey Mark, quit crying. And way to give Roy Williams and UNC ammo for your Feb. 29th visit to Chapel Hill.
