The Tigers stretched it to a 19 point lead in the second half, but Kansas gradually made their way back when Kansas tied on Thomas Robinson got a basket and a foul for a three point play. Robinson then blocked Phil Pressey on a drive in the lane as the clock expired, sending it to overtime.

Then, in overtime, it went back and forth with Kansas jumping to a lead. Then Marcus Denmon went crazy, hitting a big three, and the fade away two that gave Missouri a lead with 12 seconds. Tyshawn Taylor immediately went the length of the court out of control, and was, um, fouled. He made both free throws, and Missouri failed to get a game winning shot off in time.

Kansas 87, Missouri 86.

The Fans, and the nation, should be rooting for a rematch in the Big XII Tournament, as both games have featured big comebacks by the home team, and close wins.
