NCAA Tournament 2012: Kansas vs. Purdue and Florida State vs. Cincinnati

#2 Kansas vs. #10 Purdue, 8:40 in Omaha (TNT). Purdue runs good offense and Robbie Hummel will have to play well in this matchup. The issue is going to be their lack of inside men to challenge and defend Thomas Robinson. Purdue better hope he is in foul trouble.
The Line: Kansas by 8. The Pick: Kansas -8.
#3 Florida State vs. #6 Cincinnati, 9:40 in Nashville (TBS). Which Florida State team shows up? The turnovers and offensive boards reared their head against St. Bonaventure, but they survived late. This one should be a great athletic match, and both teams will attack the offensive glass. I expect fierce defense, but I like Cincinnati’s ability to hold on to the ball better.
The Line: Florida State by 2.5. The Pick: Cincinnati +2.5 to set up the battle of Ohio.
