With one week until the draft, this is what I think teams WILL DO, not should do.

Indianapolis Colts – Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford
Washington Redskins – Robert Griffin, QB, Baylor
Minnesota Vikings – Matt Kalil, OL, USC
Cleveland Browns – Trent Richardson, RB, Alabama. This boils down to whether you like Richardson or Blackmon more.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU

St. Louis Rams
– Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State. Should be a monster on the turf.
Jacksonville Jaguars – David DeCastro, OL, Stanford. Should make unhappy MJD a bit happier.
Miami Dolphins – Ryan Tannehill, QB, Texas A&M. Definitely not something I’d do, but offensive coordinator Mike Sherman gets his college QB. Maybe Seattle foolishly trades up and takes the fast riser.
Carolina Panthers – Quinton Coples, DE, North Carolina.
Buffalo Bills – Riley Reiff, OL, Iowa.

Kansas City Chiefs
– Fletcher Cox, DT, Mississippi State. Just a guess – Poe is a giant smokescreen to hide everyone from the DT teams really like, Mr. Cox. I don’t have Poe going in the first round.
Seattle Seahawks – Luke Kuechly, LB, Boston College. Needs at LB and DE, so Melvin Ingram of South Carolina makes sense, too.
Arizona Cardinals – Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame. Massive needs on defense, but re-creating the Fitz/Boldin combo is too good to pass up.
Dallas Cowboys – Mark Barron, S, Alabama. It’s as if Jerry Jones told everyone who would listen – “we’re taking him.”
Philadelphia Eagles – Stephen Gilmore, CB, South Carolina. I’m higher on Dre Kirkpatrick, but whatever.

New York Jets – Melvin Ingram, DE, South Carolina. Probably thinking more with my heart (Jets could really use this guy) than my head (everyone else says he’s gone in the 7-12 range).
Cincinnati Bengals – Courtney Upshaw, DE, Alabama
San Diego Chargers – David Wilson, RB, Virginia Tech. With no elite pass-rusher left, the Chargers grab another RB (seeing as Mike Tolbert left) to pair with injury-prone Ryan Mathews.
Chicago Bears – Jonathan Martin, OL, Stanford.
Tennessee Titans – Michael Brockers, DT, LSU.

Cincinnati Bengals – Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor. Don’t love the RB situation – Law Firm & Bernard Scott? – but maybe they can grab Polk in the 2nd round.
Cleveland Browns – Alshon Jeffery, WR, South Carolina. Getting more skill players in the first round (2) than they had on offense last year (1?).
Detroit Lions – Dre Kirkpatrick, CB, Alabama.
Pittsburgh Steelers – Mike Adams, OL, Ohio State. Yes, I know the drug test makes him a better fit for the Lions.
Denver Broncos – Jerel Worthy, DT, Michigan State.
Houston Texans – Rueben Randle, WR, LSU. Super Bowl or bust?

New England Patriots -Whitney Mercilus, DE, Illinois.
Green Bay Packers
– Shea McClellin, LB, Boise State – Outside of the Top 10, there seem to be two promises – Barron to the Cowboys, McClellin to the Packers.
Baltimore Ravens – Dont’a Hightower, LB, Alabama. Feels like a Raven.
San Francisco 49ers – Janoris Jenkins, CB, North Alabama
New England Patriots – Peter Konz, OL, Wisconsin.
New York Giants – Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech. Insurance policy in case Victor Cruz wants more money? The Nicks-Hill combo could be lethal.
