Juwan Howard’s 39. Lance Stephenson’s a 21-year-old rookie. Neither is in the playing rotation for the Heat or Pacers, and both only get on the court in garbage time. It’s kind of sad that Howard was so pissed at Stephenson for making the choking sign at LeBron during game three, he went to the Pacers’ locker room Saturday looking for the former Cincinnati Bearcat.
“Tell him I’m going to (expletive) him up,” Howard said to Dahntay Jones, Paul George and another Pacers employee.
Howard and Stephenson already have some history.
Howard picked up two technicals and was ejected for arguing with Stephenson during the Feb. 14 game between the two teams at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
Unsuccessful, Howard waited until Sunday’s shootaround to get in Stephenson’s face. Howard’s a persistent old man, huh?
Neither Howard nor Stephenson played, and the Heat won game four, 101-93.
