Don’t take your eyes off the bouncing puck. This goal took place in game 3 of the Calder Cup* between the Toronto Marlies and the Norfolk Admirals. Norfolk defenseman Mike Kostka dumps the puck into the corner of Toronto’s defensive zone, the puck takes an awkward bounce and ends up finding its way to over the goal line without anyone touching it. Game over.

Unfortunately, for the Marlies, they were been screwed because it should have been a delayed off-side.The AHL admitted a “rules interpretation error,” but there is nothing they can do about it.  Either way, the Admirals have a 3-0 series lead.
