Ndamukong Suh is Being Sued For $1 Million By the Passenger in His One-Car Accident
“I think the important facts are that at the scene of the accident my client was bleeding from her head,” Nelson said. “She had a laceration above her right eye that required sutures and when he called 9-1-1 he said that nobody was injured. He never reported to the police that anybody was injured, never reported to the police that my client was in the car. Meanwhile, she’s bleeding from her head and he’s screaming at her to get out of the car and telling her she’s not hurt.”

“I think what we say to that is these high-profile athletes and celebrity types always think that they can get away with this kind of stuff and they’re never held accountable,” Nelson said. “She wants to hold him accountable and she’s taking the charges very seriously. I think a jury will do the same. His conduct at the scene of the accident was egregious.”
Suh allegedly attempted to buy Van Winkle’s silence with $700. Now he stands to lose a million. I think there might be some room for negotiation.
