Miami head coach Al Golden, a man who rivals Patrick Ewing in the sweat department, has always come across as someone who would be fun to have a few beers with. Well, more proof of that came on Saturday after his Hurricanes beat N.C. State thanks to a ridiculous 62-yard bomb with just 18 seconds to play.
When asked of his thoughts on the play, Golden’s response was very much like yours and mine. A very simple, appropriately straightforward “holy shit.” Phenomenal.
