West Virginia makes its Big 12 debut against Baylor. Expect points. Both Art Briles and Dana Holgorsen are Mike Leach disciples. Their team are averaging 98.6 points per game combined. Quarterbacks Nick Florence and Heisman front-runner Geno Smith rank (1) and (2) respectively in total offense.  Neither school plays adept defense. Both schools are 3-0 though neither has had to prove itself. Mountaineer fans have their couches and incendiary fluids at the ready, though this may be closer than expected.

Other Games: Arkansas’ train wreck continues away at Texas A&M. Let’s see how many more things we can find to hammer John L. Smith about. Speaking of train wrecks…Penn State will be ESPN’s lead game. More players leaving. Minnesota at Iowa is also going national, should you have a masochistic streak.
