Eastern Washington Quarterback Vernon Adams Threw a Touchdown Pass After Scrambling Around for Thirteen Seconds

If you are a defensive back, you have to be able to cover for thirteen seconds. Embarrassing. Almost as embarrassing as the red field that burned a hole in my retina.

Here’s freshman quarterback Vernon Adams of FCS #1-ranked Eastern Washington extending a play over and over again, drawing the face mask penalty, and then throwing a touchdown. Eastern Washington needed it, as they stayed undefeated at the FCS level (they did lose by 4 to Washington State this year) by beating Sacramento State 31-28.
