Kyle Larson Nationwide Crash Sent Burning Engine, Car Parts Into Grandstand at Daytona [UPDATE: 28 Injured]

Kyle Larson’s car flew into the catchfence in front of the grandstand during a massive pileup at Daytona. The car sheared from the front of the cockpit forward, sending part of the engine through the fence. Larson was unharmed. There are reports that fans were injured. How many and to what extent has not been confirmed.
UPDATE: According to NASCAR, 28 spectators were injured in the crash. Two are in critical condition One of those is a child.
