Alex Smith Traded to the Chiefs According to Jay Glazer [UPDATE: For At Least the Second Round Pick, Per Ian Rapoport]

Glazer says compensation, as of right now, is unknown. Trade rumors around Smith-to-the-Chiefs have been going around for about a week now.
So as of right now, the Chiefs’ offense would look like this: Alex Smith passing to Jon Baldwin and Dwyane Bowe (they can’t let him go, right?), and handing off to Jamaal Charles.
In my post-Combine Mock Draft – coming later today – I think this solidifies an offensive lineman as the top overall pick.
