Buster Olney: "Check Out How Dark These Balls Are"

During Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN, Dan Shulman and Orel Hershiser were discussing Yu Darvish’s difficulty adjusting to the American baseball because of the seams and amount of dirt that is rubbed on the ball.

Buster Olney then gave us a marvelous description of the baseballs being used: “Check out how dark these balls are.”

The Rangers went on to beat the Angels 7-3. Josh Hamilton went 4-for-13 in the series, pleasing Rangers fans.
