Saturday Night Live Touched on Origin of NBA on NBC Theme Song

John Tesh, the respected artist and former co-host of Entertainment Tonight, famously created the catchy NBA on NBC theme song back in 1990 after leaving a message for himself of the inspired beat on his answering machine. Last night, SNL took the liberty of spoofing Tesh, who was born for mockery. Honestly, any excuse to post the exhilarating live version below is reason enough for this “news” to enter the discussion. It’s downright impossible to ever forget that dead serious air dribble.
