Metalist Kharkiv’s Cleiton Xavier used the old, “shoot when the goalie isn’t paying attention” trick to new lengths in a Ukrainian Premier League match this weekend.
Following a goal by Chornomorets, instead of the usual kickoff procedures at the halfway line, Metalist played it backward to Xavier who saw the keeper off his line and launched a perfect arcing shot into the net.
