Tyrann Mathieu is Having a Draft Party Thursday, Seems Certain He's Going in the 1st Round [UPDATE]

Tyrann Mathieu, the former LSU star who battled substance abuse issues and was kicked off the team, seems to think he’s a 1st round lock. He’s having a draft party Thursday in New York, and the flier for the party, which he tweeted, is bold: “For First Round Pick.”
Does this mean the guy who told at least one NFL team he “lost count” of how many drug tests he failed in college has a promise from someone?
UPDATE: It’s off.
